Orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday through Friday within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed before 2 p.m. EST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day.
Please note that our fulfillment center is closed on weekends and all major North American holidays.
DOMESTIC ORDERS
Beam Fit Club provides free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100. We ship to customers in the United States and Canada. Please allow 48 hours for order processing after payment is completed.
You have 24 hours after completing your payment to request an order cancellation before dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, our standard return policy applies.

DELAYS IN SHIPPING
While we strive to fulfill and ship your orders within 24 hours Monday through Friday, delays can occur due to invalid shipping addresses, weather, or customs.
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, we suggest:
Checking the tracking information to see if it has been delivered. If it has been delivered and you didn’t receive it, check with your neighbors or mailroom (if you live in an apartment).

We believe you’ll love Beam Fit Club, but if things don’t work out, our return policy is straightforward. We encourage you to read our entire Return Policy before making a purchase.
RETURN POLICY
We offer a 31-day return policy, giving you 31 days from receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in good condition, with original packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns are inspected upon receipt, a process that may take 5-7 business days. If your return does not pass inspection, you may be charged a 10% restocking fee or may not qualify for a refund at all.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed and returned to the card used at purchase.
EXCHANGES
We offer a 45-day warranty on all Beam products. To qualify for an exchange, returned items must be in their original working condition with no signs of wear-and-tear, and all accessories included in the original order must be returned.
We do not accept exchanges from second-hand resellers like eBay or Facebook Marketplace.
All exchanges are inspected upon receipt, a process that may take 5-7 business days.
